How Coaching Works

STEP 1: All Ears

The coaching partnership starts with me asking you a few questions and I then listen closely to your responses. Your responses will help me get to know you a bit and allow me to hear where you are now in your life, what you would like to achieve through coaching, and how we can work together to keep you moving towards your goal.

STEP 2: Organizing Any Mental Clutter

Next, we will start the process of helping you organize your thoughts, feelings, plans, and current options. Great thinkers often get stuck when mass mental choas is created by all of the great thoughts they were thinking. This step allows you to put all those great thoughts in their proper place and throw out any bad thoughts that could sabotage your success.

 

STEP 3: Choosing A Path and Reward System

This step helps you choose your path or action plan. Progress can’t be made if this step is skipped. It’s also important to reward progress, as this helps to strengthen and encourage you to keep doing great work.

 

STEP 4: The Start and Finish

It takes a lot to start and stick with something to the finish. Those that do it enjoy great benefits. As your Coach, I’ll serve as that extra support to help you get a great start on your goal. If you decide to keep me around as your Coach, I’ll aim to keep you encouraged and empowered to finish well too. So often, big problems show up in the middle of big projects and big dreamers just quit. Having someone to check on you, hold you accountable and help you manuever through tough problems is always a plus.
